She was born on August 13, 1974 in Georgia.

From 1981 to 1991, she studied in Yerevan's Hovhannes Poghosyan No. 82 School.

From 1992 to 1997, she studied and graduated from the Faculty of Industrial and Civil Construction of the Yerevan Institute of Architecture and Construction, received the qualification of an engineer-builder.

In 1999, she joined the architecture and urban planning department of the Avan district administration as a 1st class specialist.

In 2000, she was transferred to the general department and held the position of chief specialist.

In 2003, she was transferred to the tax and trade services department in the same position.

2005 According to his application, she was released from his position on July 25.

From 2006 to 2007 worked in public order at the Yerevan State University of Architecture and Construction, participated in the proofreading of the 2nd volume of the book "Construction Technology and Production".
