Gagik Minasyan

Executive Director

Gagik Minasyan serves as the Executive Director of Legal Project, a legal consulting company.

He specializes in the legal organization and management of land and property relations, urban planning, and construction processes. His engineering education combined with entrepreneurial experience enables him to integrate technical and legal approaches, ensuring structured and predictable project implementation.

From 1996 to 2017, he was engaged in entrepreneurial activities, developing extensive experience in management, negotiations, and process organization.

Since 2020, he has been leading Legal Project, overseeing the company’s strategic development, client relations, and coordination of representation before state and municipal authorities.

He graduated from Yerevan State Engineering University.

He is fluent in Armenian and Russian and has working knowledge of English.
