Susanna Hakobyan

Expert

Susanna Hakobyan serves as an Expert at Legal Project.

She specializes in urban planning processes, land allocation and land use matters, as well as engineering infrastructure and development of construction programs. Her extensive experience within local self-government structures and urban planning administrative bodies ensures lawful and systematic implementation of processes.

Since 1999, she has been professionally engaged within the Yerevan Municipality system, holding positions related to architecture and urban planning. From 2011, she participated in the development and documentation of construction programs, and since 2015 has worked in the field of engineering infrastructure. Since 2017, she has been serving as Chief Specialist of the Land Allocation and Land Use Division of the Architecture and Urban Planning Department of the Yerevan Municipality.

She graduated from the Yerevan Institute of Architecture and Construction, Faculty of Industrial and Civil Engineering, obtaining the qualification of Civil Engineer.

She has participated in professional training courses and educational programs in the field of public administration and is a member of the “Information Technologies Development Center” non-governmental organization.
