From 1973 to 1979, he studied and graduated from the Faculty of the "Hydrotechnical Construction of Hydroelectric Power Plant-Erivological Structures", of the Polytechnic Institute named after K. Marx. specialty: engineer-hydraulic engineer.

From 1973 to 1975 worked as an illuminator in "Yerevan" studio of television films.

From 1976 to 1980 worked as a technician in the Design and Construction Bureau of the Executive Committee of the Railway Council.

From 1980 to 1987 worked at "Erkakhnorogproject" Institute as an engineer, senior engineer and leading specialist.

From 1987 to 1994 worked in the socio-economic development department of the Executive Committee of the Spandaryan District Council of the Executive Committee of the Sports Council as a leading specialist and deputy head of the department.

From 1994 to 1996 worked in the Business sector, RF, c. Moscow.

From 1998 to 2007 worked in the trade and services department of Yerevan Municipality as a chief specialist and deputy head of the department.

From March 2007 to October 2007, he worked in the general control department of the City Planning and Land Control Department of Yerevan Municipality as a chief specialist.

From 2007 to 2009 worked as a chief specialist in the regional fourth department of the City Planning and Land Control Department of Yerevan Municipality.

From 2009 to 2011 worked in the trade and services department of the Yerevan Municipality as the deputy head of the department.

Since 2011, he has been working as a leading specialist in the department of trade, services and advertising of the head of the Arabkir administrative district of Yerevan.
